IronPath Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Jason Raynor (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the IronPath mobile application (“IronPath” or the “App”). By using IronPath, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the App’s features.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address. Your password is handled securely by our authentication provider (Supabase); we never see or store your raw password.

Fitness and health information you enter. IronPath stores the data you choose to log, which may include: workouts, exercises, sets, reps, and weights; workout plans; body weight, body fat percentage, and BMI; body measurements; nutrition and macronutrient entries; and personal records. You decide what to enter.

Progress photos. If you choose to add progress photos, the images you upload are stored privately and are accessible only through your account.

Subscription and purchase information. If you subscribe to IronPath Pro, your purchase is processed by the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and managed through our subscriptions provider, RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status and related transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled directly by the app store.

Technical information. To operate your account and subscription, our service providers may process a unique app user identifier linked to your account, basic device information, and standard server logs. IronPath does not contain third-party advertising and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Notifications. Workout reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Enabling them requires your permission, and the reminder content stays on your device.

2How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3Cloud Backup and Sync

When you are signed in, IronPath can back up the data you log to secure cloud storage so you don’t lose it and can restore it on a new device. This data is tied to your account and protected so that only your account can access it.

4Service Providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate IronPath. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service:

You can review each provider’s privacy policy on its respective website.

5How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers listed above, as needed to run the App, or where required by law. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.

6Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your associated data — including your logged data and progress photos — except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, basic transaction records) by law.

7Your Choices and Rights

You can:

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

8Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at jasonraynor17@gmail.com. Once your account is deleted, your logged data and progress photos stored in the cloud are removed, except for any records we are legally required to keep.

9Security

We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that restrict your data to your own account, and private storage for progress photos. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10Children’s Privacy

IronPath is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11International Users

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using IronPath, you consent to this processing.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be communicated within the App.
